Первоначальное значение этого концепта заключалось в линейности и барьерности границы. Сегодня концепт подчеркивает ее диффузность, открытость, альтернативный (бифуркационный) характер управляющего воздействия на развитие процессов самого разного рода. Модель понимания границы в межличном, интерсубъективном общении и в полилоге. Возникновение новой метакультурной реальности в результате интеракции культурных и социальных форм, преодоления границ субъектов в личностном общении и создания пространства рефлексивных смыслов. Новая реальность позволяет социокультурным средам совместно, коэволюционно, продолжить свое развитие в творческом измерении и в распределяющим взаимодействии. The meaning of the border today has gone far beyond its initial geopolitical interpretation. Many scientific disciplines and philosophical approaches revealed methodological initial of the concept for the analysis of human identity development, as well as that of cultures and peoples. If the original meaning of the border accentuated its linearity and barrier properties, the current meaning that has emerged in the era of globalization - emphasizes diffuseness, openness, and alternative nature of the border's regulative impact on various processes. Within this trend the polycentric shift in border studies is being justified. Border appears as a dynamic product and means of interaction of multiple self-sufficient natural, social and human systems, as an expression and at the same time, a tool of their polylogue. This means that the model of understanding of the boundaries of any type may be transition that always takes place in interpersonal, inter-subjective communication. Personal communication based on keeping and simultaneously overcoming the boundaries of subjects, creating a common space of reflexive meanings over their "life-worlds", then becomes meta-personaI. Based on the same model, the interaction of cultural and social forms, which are reflexively overcoming their "natural" limitations and manageably correlating themselves with one another, can generate a new meta-cultural reality. This reality of meta-culture allows original cultural forms to find a way out of the situation of horizontal (distributive) interaction as a zero-sum struggle in the vertical (creative) dimension where they can continue their development together, revolutionary.
