Предлагается типология аберраций, обозначены факторы риск-коммуникаций в политической сфере, вызывающие декогеренцию процесса протекания политической коммуникации. Описаны последствия риск-коммуникаций. Обозначено, что риск-коммуникации ведут к становлению информационной аномии. Вводится определение информационной аномии для обозначения специфических особенностей процесса производства аберраций информации в политической коммуникации. Political communication through electronic media is an optics-like, near-instantaneous method of production information aberrations, which has an impact on the political process. In contrast to oral and written communication, which tends to a diffused distribution (slow, disordered process of dispersion of meanings), the optical transmission method of information leads to the fact that the actors perceive all the waves of information (and many meanings) simultaneously. In today's complex society information influence ceases to be a controlled process, the production and the share of the political power of symbolic capital falls directly dependent on the quality of manufactured "information product" and the ability to have the information aberrated is available to all participants of the communicative process. It necessitates the study of political communication, with the production of aberrations in the communication chain taken into account. In this article we propose the abberation typology. In the context of this article the factors of risk communication in the political sphere, causing decoherence process flow of political communication, are marked. The effects of risk communication are described. The process at which the risk of communication leading to the establishment of an information anomie is indicated. The definition of information anomie is introduced which allows to describe the specific characteristics of the production process of information aberrations in political communication.
